Frog Lake is a similar lake to Trillium but it’s a natural lake and not a reservoir. Frog Lake gets its name from the frogs that live there. In the Spring and early Summer the lake is filled with pollywogs. Frog Lake faces West from the boat ramp area and can give you better sunsets tham Trillium Lake.
Frog Lake is located east of Government Camp on Highway 26. There are camping facilities and primitive bathrooms. Frog Lake is a great place to do a little trout fishing while you’re there.
