Montana Rocks 1

It’s very easy to be consumed, almost as if distracted, by the wide view of a location, especially one as grand as Glacier National Park in Montana, but if one were to stop for a moment and single out a single rock a whole new world opens up. This set of photos represents one such moment when I was at Logan Pass. The low clouds and fog were slowly pass by at or near ground level. The mountains would only occasionally peak through the thinnest areas. As I stood there taking in this incredibly beautiful scene I looked a little closer at the boulder that sat near my feet, and for a few moments I ignored the misty clouds and elusive mountain tops.
